This was an excellent interview. She is the real deal. She gets it. Maybe what I like most is that she consistently brings a balanced take when discussing issues of boys and girls. As one who writes mostly about men, this balance is greatly appreciated

The fatal flaw in current iterations of feminism is the expectation that girls need to think like boys, behave like boys and value what boys value in order to get ahead. That is not empowering for women – it is ultimately a betrayal.

I still think depth psychology has its value. The famous artist Ted Gärdestad started hearing voices and then just walked in front of a train. Alone.
